The maximum request message and the banned error message

While I wasn't banned for a while, I got the maximum message, The avi version didn't work. And when I did a swf version, I was banned. Please help me from being banned!

Size of Animation

I was about to upload my big gif but then the maximum error message showed up. I guesss it was too big to upload. Shocked I replaced its size to the smallest size: 10%. It then now have tell me that I was banned. Maybe somebody was uploading on my computer? What happened? Crying or Very sad I can't tell admin how to stop being banned from the gallery. We need a master who can help us stop being banned from a gallery.
